Tonja is the best! I have done virtual training for 2 years now after my daughter gifted me an evaluation and session.  I have always been active but didn’t do much weight training. I started with a goal of staying strong enough to lift and play with my grandchildren. When I started I could only do 3 full body pushups. Within the first year I did 68 pushups with 3 breaks for my birthday! I did 70 pushups last year for my 70th birthday! She sees everything that needs to be adjusted and is the most knowledgable trainer I have worked with. I am stronger then ever- thanks to my sessions with Tonja.
